1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

Kerala & South India: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote and Northeast regions: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on:

Product weight and size
Number of items in the order
Delivery location
Total order value
Promotional offers or free shipping campaigns

Applicable shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We regularly run free shipping and discount delivery offers—stay tuned!

We use reputed courier services such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart etc to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we're working toward expanding globally. Stay tuned for updates!
