Imagine a land where nature's beauty and cultural soul intertwine. Kerala, is not just the “Land of Spices,” as we all have heard and read, but a culturally thriving ecosystem, rich with the scent of cardamom, black pepper, and the sweetness of sun dried cashews and raisins.
Long before it was a brand, AndSoOn was a feeling. A feeling which was born in small gestures and random acts of kindness. From picking up trash from the ground and being quietly rewarded by a father who believed in care. It bloomed in the pages of an old book, where the extinction of the passenger pigeon left an imprint deeper than words. It lingered in sketchbooks filled with drawings of lost birds. Subtle symbols of a quiet promise made by a boy who simply wanted to protect what mattered. Years later, amidst a world of fast food and forgotten values, that seed sprouted into a promise in the form of AndSoOn to bring back clean, authentic, and emotionally rooted food experiences that connect us to nature, memory, and each other.
A brand rooted in responsibility
We craft eco-conscious, culturally rooted food products that honor a time when spices were sun dried on veranda (വരാന്ത), dry fruits were slow-roasted over mud stoves (മൺ ചട്ടി), and food was made with both hands and heart.
